Hops-Meister Farm brought back the native Californian Ivanhoe® and Gargoyle® hops to help local craft brewmasters flavour their distinct award winning craft beers.
Our California grown hops are certified ORGANIC and SUSTAINABLE.
The Hops-Meister fresh hops are available at California harvest time from August to September, ONE MONTH earlier than in Oregon and Washington. The Hops-Meister dry hops are available year round.
The Hallertau hops from Germany are available all year.

Ivanhoe® is a dual purpose hop that has been named after the chivalrous farmer who gallantly permitted cuttings to be taken from his lands and offered many words of wisdom and encouragement to these pioneering California hops farmers. |
